MSLA Printing
MSLA Printing
At Additech Ingeniería, we have incorporated 14K resolution MSLA printing technology to take on projects that demand higher detail, tighter tolerances, and flawless finishes. This technology uses photosensitive resins and a UV light source to cure parts layer by layer, achieving details that are impossible to replicate with other methods.
Resins are carefully selected according to the specific functional requirements of each part
It's not just about printing — it's about providing real world solutions
Elastomeric resin with excellent flexible behavior, ideal for simulating industrial rubber.
With a Shore A80 hardness, it allows the production of elastic and fatigue-resistant parts such as gaskets, dampers, and mechanical contact components.
Technical resin formulated to withstand high temperatures without deformation, with an HDT of up to 120 °C.
Ideal for parts exposed to constant heat that require dimensional accuracy, such as molds, fixtures, and components near heat sources.
High-rigidity resin specially formulated for applications requiring dimensional stability, excellent accuracy, and behavior similar to injection-molded plastics like ABS.
Its surface hardness and low elongation make it ideal for structural components.
Class I certified biocompatible resin, formulated for medical and dental applications that require safe contact with human tissue for short periods.
We work with a wide range of standard resins, including the entire Anycubic resin line. Among them are eco-friendly plant-based resins, ABS-like resins, and translucent resins—ideal for applications requiring high transparency.
We also offer tough resins for greater impact resistance, high-detail resins for fine finishes and precise details, and flexible resins that provide elasticity and flexibility for more specialized uses.
Versatility for all types of projects, from prototypes to functional parts, delivering excellent results in terms of strength and quality. Contact us for more information.
