At Additech Ingeniería, we promote the use of additive manufacturing as a strategic tool for the development of components in highly demanding environments, such as the aerospace sector. Our involvement in this field began with the design, prototyping, and functional validation of a 3U CubeSat satellite deployer.
We operate modified 3D printers capable of reaching extrusion temperatures above 400 °C, along with heated beds up to 150 °C and enclosed, thermally controlled chambers. This setup allows us to process a wide range of engineering and ultra-high-performance materials, including PEEK-CF, PEKK, ULTEM 9085, PC, PA6-CF, and PETG-CF, among others.
